Applicable scenarios: Fixed pipelines with diameters of DN15-DN200 and pressures ≤ 1.6MPa.
Operation points:
（a）Pipe opening treatment: The PVC pipe cut should be flat and free of burrs, and the outer wall of the pipe should be slightly polished to enhance adhesion.
（b）Glue application specification: Use PVC special adhesive to evenly coat the pipe wall and valve socket, quickly insert and rotate 45 ° to evenly distribute the adhesive layer.
（c）Curing requirement: Allow to stand for at least 1 hour, and conduct a 1.5 times working pressure sealing test before passing water.
Advantages: Strong sealing and low cost
Limitations: After disassembly, it is necessary to damage the connecting components
2. Active connection (double lead connection)
Applicable scenarios: occasions that require frequent disassembly and maintenance (such as household branches and equipment interfaces).
Structural features:
（a）The valve is equipped with flexible joints at both ends, and quick disassembly is achieved by tightening the sealing ring with nuts.
（b）When disassembling, only loosen the nut and keep the pipe fittings to avoid damage to the pipeline.
Operating standards:
（a）The convex surface of the joint sealing ring should be installed facing outward to prevent displacement and leakage.
（b）Wrap the raw material tape 5-6 times to enhance the seal during threaded connection, manually pre tighten and then reinforce with a wrench.
